Start building Safety Alert together

To build a partnership, we need experience working together. I'd start with a small commitment and let what we learn guide the next one.

I propose a short design and validation sprint. I'll bring the process; you'll bring your knowledge of freight operations and connections to early customers. We'll start by getting very clear on who has the problem Safety Alert could solve and what they do today. That gives us a basis for deciding what would make a new product meaningfully better.

From there, we'll design a possible product and map out how the system would work. We'll build a lightweight prototype so you have something concrete to put in front of prospective customers.

In those conversations, we'll look for evidence that they recognize the problem and that the proposed product fits their work. We'll also ask whether they'd take a next step, such as joining a pilot or becoming an early customer.

This is an in-person engagement. At the end, you'll receive a full report with the findings and designs, which you own. If we decide we aren't a good fit, you can take that report to another developer.

The work should give you a clearer view of what to build, who it's for, and whether it's worth investing in. We'll also have experience working together to inform our decision about continuing.

What excites me about Safety Alert is the chance to build a business we'd want to own together. We'd build with AI from the outset, choosing where it helps us develop the product and run the company. The aim is a lean team with high margins, cash flow, and regular distributions to the partners.

The sprint gives us experience working together before we make that larger commitment. If we decide to continue together, we'd form a company and agree on ownership, investment, time commitments, and how we'll make decisions.

We'd start with a usable product, test it ourselves, then put it into the hands of early adopters. Their experience would guide improvements as we work toward customers who find enough value to pay.

Your knowledge of logistics would help us identify where to grow within that market. Over time, we could explore other uses, including health care or home services. A sale could be an option later.
